Digital Liability Waiver

Please read carefully. This is a legal release of liability. By signing below, I agree to the following on my own behalf and on behalf of any minor child in my care.

1. Assumption of risk. I understand that helicopter flight, ground operations, and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve real risks — including mechanical failure, weather, turbulence, and pilot or human error — that can result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death, and in damage to or loss of property. Knowing these risks, I voluntarily choose to participate and expressly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release and waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge North Country Heli Flight LLC and its owners, members, employees, instructors, pilots, agents, and aircraft owners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, death, damage, or loss arising out of or related to these activities, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise — except for harm resulting from a Released Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by me, on my behalf, or by any minor or guest in my care arising out of participation in these activities.

4. Fitness and instructions. I confirm I have no medical condition that makes participation unsafe, and I agree to follow all safety briefings and crew instructions. I understand the Pilot-in-Command has sole and final authority over all safety and go/no-go decisions.

5. Acknowledgment. I have read this waiver, understand it, and agree to it freely. If any part is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
