Use of our services

By using the North Country Heli Flight LLC website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 91 and Part 61, and the Pilot-in-Command has sole and final authority over all safety and go/no-go decisions.

Bookings & payments

Flight bookings, discovery flights, and training lessons are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prices and availability are subject to change. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.

Liability waiver & assumption of risk

Please read carefully. By booking, purchasing, or accepting any flight, discovery flight, tour, charter, gift card, or flight-training service from North Country Heli Flight LLC ("NCHF"), each guest, participant, purchaser, and gift-card recipient ("you") agrees to this waiver on their own behalf and on behalf of any minor in their care.

Assumption of risk. You understand that helicopter flight, flight instruction, ground operations, and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve real risks — including mechanical failure, weather, turbulence, pilot or human error, and forces beyond anyone's control — that can result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death, and in property damage or loss. Knowing these risks, you voluntarily choose to participate and expressly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

Release and waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge NCHF and its owners, members, employees, instructors, pilots, agents, and aircraft owners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, death, damage, or loss arising out of or related to these activities, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except for harm resulting from a Released Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by you or on your behalf, or by any minor or guest in your care, arising out of your participation in these activities.

Fitness and instructions. You confirm you have no medical condition that makes participation unsafe, and you agree to follow all safety briefings and crew instructions. The Pilot-in-Command has sole and final authority over all safety and go/no-go decisions.

Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that you have read this waiver, understand it, and agree to it freely. If any part is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Staff / onsite: use the digital waiver to have a guest sign on a phone or tablet and generate a signed PDF — no paper needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Country Heli Flight LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
